The minimally low price of this company, which has been offered for this tender, is suspected to force this company to pay workers far less than the minimum wage, writes Koha Ditore today.
Even though this body has asked the State Prosecutor to make sure that the offer is enough to pay workers' salaries, the institution has not done so.
The state's “Procurory with the offer re-evaluation decision has not in all respected the preliminary decision of the Procuratory Organisation of September 12th 2018, where on page 5 of this decision, the Research Panel has concluded that the Accounting Authority in the case of re-evaluating the bids should correctly prove that the economic operator recommended for contract or could meet all obligations with the prices offered, as well as to prove and calculate whether or may be able to pay the workers offered to be offered by <oh1> in the ruling.
According to the OSHP, the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council must collect evidence guaranteeing that such a contract with such a price could be implemented.
