Ombudsman for Ombudsman: There were positive developments this year

The ombudsman is the most reliable institution in Kosovo, says its leader, Hilmi Jashari.

At the weekend conference, he praised that the Ombudsman Institute has had positive developments, such as the interest of institutions to implement their recommendations.

Jashar said this year there has been an increase in the number of people who have filed complaints, which are 5,200 sosh, reports TV Arta.

The solved cases, according to Jashar, have also marked a 32 - percent increase.

And based on the complaints filed, 98% of citizens are Albanians, most of them males.

Of the complaints, 26 percent have been addressed to courts, 15 municipalities, 7 police, and 40 complaints have been to Government.
