You're probably wondering what might be wrong in a shower, right? Since you have nowhere to run and every part of your body will be washed away.
But that is not always the case. There are some little mistakes you didn't notice but it's time you learned:
Wash your face in the shower: It seems very appropriate to wash your face when you shower, but it's wrong because the water temperature is very high and that doesn't do your face well, so it's better to use hot water in order not to damage your face.
You don't wash your feet: Perhaps foot washing is completely unnecessary because you're standing in water all the time during the shower.
The problem with this wrong idea is that moisture does not automatically mean cleanliness. Our legs get in touch with all kinds of things when we walk and they sweat a lot.
They do a great job for us, so we have to bend over and give them a nice bath they deserve.
You don't often change the sponge you wash: It is a very popular fact that mold likes warm, wet conditions, and that's exactly what we have in the showers. So if you use the same sponge for months, there is a very good chance of getting infected.
Use of liquid soap: Of course, there may be a very pleasant smell, but if you have sensitive skin, liquid scented soap cannot be your friend. Some chemicals in liquid soap can cause irritation.
