Why was Moger shocked?
Cutting that the dialogue with Serbia has begun, foreigners have become monologues. The first time the dialogue happened, Mogerini was shocked.
The first Kosovo leader to have the courage to market Mogerin not only what he thinks as prime minister, but what Kosovo citizens think. That was important.
A political goal for Prime Minister Haradinaj, and I hope we all join our foreign policy!
