According to him, there has been a tendency to create panic of lack of products, resulting in price hikes, which he does not think has been achieved.
But since Rukiqi has warned that Serbia is trying to find solutions through neighbouring states to put its products on the Kosovo market.
The risk I see to be careful is that it tends in Macedonia to have Serbian products packed there, repacked and rereported in Kosovo. It is the alternative route of the Serbian state”, Rukiqi has said, announces Klan Kosova.
The head of OEK has said that foreign embassies in Kosovo are interested in exporting their countries their products to the country.
“What I have observed in communications with some embassies, they do not encourage their companies to pressure because they too are interested in doing business with Kosovo. Some candidly say that “we are to protect or promote investments and trade” of the respective countries. In the case of Kosovo, they have not exerted pressure based on this logic, there is reason for concern because all products from Serbia are replaceable”.
