The former head of the Kosovo Liberation Army Military Court, Sokol Dobruna, has spoken about establishing the Special Court, which claims to investigate alleged crimes during and post-war in Kosovo.
Dobruna was invited by the Special Court to appear in her offices on the 12th of this month.
He does not know what role he was invited to play, whether as a witness or a suspect.
“On 12 has assigned me the term when it should appear. I was introduced to a person who was presented as Slovenian and a Special Court Procury worker. I suppose I can be either a witness or an accusation, but I don't know why it should be”, he told Pressing in T7.
He said the KLA has not committed crimes, but that he will co-operate with this tribunal.
“No committed crimes. Understandably, I will cooperate, but on what level do I not know”, he said.
