Asked if he would investigate statements issued by President Thaci in the trial of the accused as members of the People's Office, that Albin Kurti and Glauk Konjufca stand together with Sadri Ramabaija behind the People's Office organisation, Hoxha has said they will host the session's record.
I've heard such a statement but we have to wait for the record as an official note of the hearing and then analyze what we can do in terms of clarifying these statements and see if there are any elements to start the investigation or not, since the statements are said before the court and in front of the audience at”, Hoxha said to call.
President Hashim Thaci, Chief Prime Minister Kadri Veselini, deputy head of the Parliament, Xhavit Haliti, MP Faton Topalli, and former Justice Minister Hajredin Kuci were the personalities who were today's witnesses in the trial case of the group known “People's Office, which is charged with wounding Azem Vlasi.
President Hashim Thaci during his testimony when he was asked who the founders of the “People's Office are, has mentioned the names of Albin Kurti, Sadri Ramabaja and Glauk Konjufca.
Xhavit Haliti's first testimony was initiated, which is among the many who were found on a liquidation list, allegedly drafted by the “mber People's Office.
Regarding the organisation “The People's Eye”, Haliti said he heard from newspapers, and when asked by Special Prosecutor Syla Hoxha if he had ever been threatened by this organisation, he said that several times he had received threats from “People's Eye”.
I've been following threats several times. The last was a group that wanted to make an attack on me, and fortunately my friends have discovered it, but pre-war threats, during and after the war have been many of those unhappy with themselves”, Haliti said.
Xhavit Haliti was also asked if he joined the prosecution against the accused, concerning what he said is the reconciliation “so that crime can be prosecuted”.
One of the accused, Avni Llumnica, asked Xhavit Halit whether he has participated in the past in pre-state demonstrations with order of order and law or armchairs and a well-off body salary”.
I have been a participant, but the protest organiser and our demands all know and have been a reflection of the demands of our people”, Haliti has responded.
While in connection with charges of treason, Xhavit Haliti has said that he has done his job properly, although each person has the right to be dissatisfied, he said that if necessary he is willing to sit down and face the Court over these charges.
While the testimony of the Kosovo Parliament Speaker brought tensions to the hall.
That is because chief officer Wessel addressed the accused on a series of charges during his testimony.
Wessel called this organisation the <x0-file of the nation” while connecting it to a Kosovo political party.
“This is the armed arm of Vetevendosje”, Wessel said in court.
And about the letters the prosecution claims he wrote Murat Yashar, Kadri Wessel said these letters didn't write to Yasar because he does not know how to write.
He accused Sadri Ramabaya of writing these letters.
“Murat sıdin writing, it's all written to Sadri (Ramabaja). Sadrine never saw the scriptures, he wrote”, said Wessel.
As a sign of revolt over Wessel's statement, the aforementioned one of the accused Sadri Ramabaya refused to ask questions about Wessel, as he claimed by his pre-parliamentary statements testified that he is on the Court.
I have no questions for the witness because it has been shown to be over court”, Ramabaja said.
Immediate was the reaction of Wessel, who retorted:
“Sadri Ramabaja has come over the tribunal and the state taking justice in the hands of”, he said.
Wessel, while witnessing several times, has returned from the accused and requested that I personally know them, referring to their names and asking that he know that “is which”.
He even sought an account from Murat Jashari, who asked him why his name was included in the organisation's “People's Office for liquidation.
At one point, while Kadri Veseli was witnessing, accused Avni Llumnica stood up and addressed Wessel with words, “you are not the chairman of my Parliament”.
While Wessel's response was, “or you don't even know parliament, you don't know the state, you don't trust the “.
With the cases gone beyond, police intervention was needed because of tensions between accused Avni Llumnica and Parliament Speaker Kadri Wessel.
And the other witness, Faton Topalli, when asked by the Special Prosecutor when he first heard about the organisation “The People's Eye”, has said that for the organisation in question for the first time he heard from Kosovo Parliament Speaker Kadri Veseli and that he had thought it was about any physical security company.
I heard from Kadri Wessel about the organization. At the site of the Parliament I waited for a delegation of the Parliament and during a moment Kadri Wessel came and asked me what you did to Vetevendosje and asked what, he told me about the people's office, and I didn't necessarily think it was about a physical security organisation”, Topalli said at the Court.
He also told of a meeting he had had had at a restaurant in Pristina, in which he said he had accidentally met Sadri Ramabaya in the company of two people who were told they are two exile activists.
I've arranged a meeting with Max Bryn and asked him where he wanted to meet us and we left him there and after we ordered him and I saw Sadion (Ramabayan) along with two people, I said hello and he introduced two exiles who were there as exile activists and after we were introduced - but I remember - then from the media I realized who it's about, said Topalli.
He also spoke during his testimony about his impressions of his former party, currently accused Sadri Ramabaya.
For as long as I've understood his statements on Vetevendosje has been critical and reformive, so I've been very surprised at all that's happened because I Sadriun know him as a wise and knowledgeable man and worker activist”, Faton Topalli said.
In the trial for the wound of Azem Vlase, among the witnesses was the country's president, Hashim Thaci.
Thaci is one of the names that were found on the alleged list of this liquidation organisation, which was discovered after the wound of lawyer Azem Vlass in March last year.
President Thaci, during his testimony, has mentioned to the two leaders of Vetevendosje, Albin Kurtin of Glauk Konjufca, that they stand behind the People's Office organisation.
Thaci declared during his testimony that he was threatened by the organisation “The People's Eye”.
“I've had indicators and information from the authorities, or Kosovo friends who came from Serbia, I've had information about tinging, while I've had only the face of the people's office,”, he said.
Regarding the rowing he said was made of this organisation, Thaci said he and his family had suffered seriously.
“I've experienced heavily with me and my family, and at the same time measures have been taken by the state”, Thaci said.
Regarding whether I knew the two accused Murat Yasar of Sadri Ramabaj, Thaci said Murat Jashari did not recognise him, while Sadri Ramabaya did, but who said he had never personally any disagreements with him.
I know Sadri Ramabaya, I didn't have any disagreements with him if he had his own case, but from his writings I saw he had a hostile position with us”, Thaci said.
Thaci also talked about the list of questions allegedly sent to him by Murat Jashar.
The questions said they had not been answered because from what he had heard he realized that Murat Jashari cannot write and that he had later realized that the organisation was after that a member of the “Movement”, such as Albin Kurti, Glauk Konjufca and Sadri Ramabaja.
I didn't return it because I had information from friends who knew he couldn't write, but then I admitted information that Sadri Ramabaya, Glauk Konjufca and Albin Kurti” are behind this criminal organization, Thaci said.
He said threats to the country's known personalities have been quite disturbing, and that according to him no one has the right to take over order and law.
“No one has the right to take over order and law and for me has been disturbing the threat and warning of murder by those who have declared Ibrahim Rugova as traitors, Bujar Bukoshi, Isa Mustaf, who was also attacked at home and his family when he was Prime Minister”, Thaci said.
We should point out that the Court has stopped photography and shooting at the time Thaci gave the testimony.
And then in the second half of the testimony Thaci has demanded that the session be closed with the reason that if the session is closed he will be able to name other names.
I asked for the hearing to be closed because I didn't want it to come up with state secrets, if it were a closed session I would mention some other cases. I was interviewed and everything I had to say. If the situation was closed to the accused, I am sorry for what happened. I stress that it is a extenuating circumstance that the session is public that if it were closed it would be a serious situation, especially for the accused Sadri Ramabaya”, Thaci has declared.
His testimony during the session has also been given by former Justice Minister Hajredin Kuci, who has declared that he has never been threatened directly by the organisation “The People's Office”, and that regarding this organisation he had heard for the first time from justice bodies, since he was told he was on the liquidation list.
I'm not familiar with these details, this organization, and this list I've been notified to be part of, and sometimes once I praise someone without merit, you don't feel good about being on this list and let me be on this”, Kuci has declared.
During this day, Portal Koha.net reported that the newspaper's journalist, “Koha Ditore”, Saranda Ramaj has been detained by Kosovo Police in the Palace of Justice.
