The meeting is under way and will be discussed on political, economic, co-operation and implementation of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, Kosovo reports.
From the Kosovo delegation have gone along with Haradinaj, Deputy Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj along with ministers Behgjet Pacolli and Present Hoxha.
