Of the six witnesses who were invited to testify in the case of “People's Eye”, only three have responded to the tribunal's call.
Former President of The PDK, Adem Grabovci, MP Elmi Recica and Rame Maraj, have given their testimony before the judge, KTV reports.
But she's missing a text. Prime Minister Fatmir Limaj, Parliament Deputy Chairman Xhavit Haliti and former Justice Minister Hajredin Redi.
Their losses have reasoned that they are abroad for official visits.
His testimony was first given by Ramam Maraj, who said that even if you were shot at him after being on an executional list, he would forgive his hands.
That is because as a family, they have lost enough, and they never felt threatened.
Maraj once said this was his first statement giving him about the case until later he said he was also interviewed by the police at his home, but that these four-fields prevented him from knowing.
His testimony was also witnessed by former President Adam Grabovci.
He has said that for the organisation “People's Eye” he has only heard from the media.
Asked by prosecutor Syla Hoxha, if you know Murat Jasharin, Grabovci said he knows him since he lived in Switzerland, but he was not sure if he had met him after the war.
But, Grabovci on another occasion, gave counter-intelligible evidence.
When asked who received the information that Murat Jashar was ill, he stated otherwise, saying that he had visited him at a hospital in Switzerland.
Until he added that he does not believe that Murat Jashari has written a list of names for execution, but that behind him lies a whole other person.
Meanwhile, the deputy of The PDK's Hilmi Recica said it has been a friendship with Murat Jasharin since 85.
Recica doesn't even believe Murat Jashari is behind the whole event.
However, this session was accompanied by tensions and remarks between the prosecution and the defence.
The Special Prosecutor filed charges against 10 people concerning the case.
These persons are accused of planning to destroy the fundamental political, constitutional, economic or social structures of the Republic of Kosovo with attacks and murder of higher state personalities.
