When the German MP warned about association: Don't let him.

The former German delegation to the European Parliament, Bernd Posselt, a total of 5 years ago had opposed the establishment of majority Serb municipalities in Kosovo, saying Kosovo's constitution and Martti Ahtisaari's Pack provide excellent rights to the Serb community. “
“I think the constitution base is very good, including Ahtisaari's plan for excellent minority rights. When I go to Serbia they talk about minority rights, but they don't exist there. I know very well the Presevo Valley, where there are no minority rights, I think we don't need double standards, we need the same standards for Serbs in the south of Kosovo, for Serbs in northern Kosovo, but also for Albanians in Serbia”, Posselt said in a debate mission of Newstev.
According to Possel, Serbia cannot join the EU without recognising Kosovo's citizenship.
In April of this year, five years have been completed since Kosovo and Serbia have signed in Brussels the agreement to establish the Association of Serb Major Commons, where one of the provisions says that the Association structures will be founded on the same bases as the existing Kosovo Commission Association statute, such as the chairman, deputy chairman, Assembly, Council.
