Gased Drinks - A Main Cause for Diabetes

The consumption of soft drinks in Albania may not be too big, but there are people who cannot resist eating without a coca cola near them or any other soft drinks.

However, it is no secret that these are not healthy.

Of the 36 different studies, it turns out that there is no need to drink too much gas to have harmful effects, sometimes very little.

Only two cups of soda each week can increase the risk of diabetes by 29%. This study analysed data from 43,580 participants aged 45-74.

All in attendance were not diagnosed with diabetes and other chronic diseases at the start of the study.
