For second-hand vehicles that entered before December 2nd and which have been followed, the registration deadline is March 1st, 2019. Meanwhile, for autoves equipped with license plates and circulation permits, there is no age limit to moving on Albania's roads, nor is the sale prohibited.
According to the relationship accompanying this decision;
The tools that are allowed apply to M <x0 category motor tools for human transport and N (N1) for cargo transport. With the entry into force of this decision, they are allowed to register for the first time on the territory of the Republic of Albania, motor vehicles and vehicles that meet the following conditions:
- a) New zerokm autoves and no previously registered circulation in any other country, which meet the European Union's Euro 5, rate;
- b) Other new motor vehicles such as motors, buses, M2 and N1 categories trucks, with zerokm and no record of circulation in any other country, which meet the European Union's Euro 5, rate;
- c) Used autoves (all that are not zerokm and previously registered for street circulation in another country that meet the Euro 4 rate) must have been produced no more than 10 years before the first census date in Albania;
c) Other motor vehicles used as motors, buses, trucks, M2 and N1 categories (all that are not from zerokm and that have previously been registered for street circulation in another country that meet the Euro 3 rate) must have been produced no more than 15 years before the first census date in Albania.
All small cars that are over 10 years old and large at a age of over 15 will be returned from Dogan and will not be allowed access and registration in the Republic of Albania.
Thus, in December 2018, production cars will be allowed no further than 2008, while the age of import production for trucks and buses should be no farther than 2003. But on January 1st, the figures differ: small cars should be year-on-year production no further than 2009 and large ones for human transport and goods, not with older than 2004.
Exceptions This decision does not apply to import early vehicles of historical interest and collection, such as vehicles produced until December 1970; vehicles introduced as a production model until December 31, 1970, despite the current year of production of a particular vehicle; vehicles, which present technical museum or cultural values, traditional and social heritage.
Likewise, it does not apply to the import of motor vehicles, which are imported by physical and judicial subjects with humanitarian help, in line with national legislation regulating donations and humanitarian aid.

The year 2018 In December 2018, production autoves will be allowed no further than 2008, while for trucks and buses purchased outside Albania, the age of production for import should not be further than 2003
The year 2019 from January 1st of next year, figures vary: small cars should be production year-on-year no further than 2009, and large ones for transportation of people and goods no older than 2004.
