According to the indictment, by the date 07.04.2018 after 2: 00: 00 p.m., at the café “Vulcan” in the village of Djindovc ʹ The Suhareka municipality, the accused A.S. and the F.M., being in company with some friends and in a drunken state, after a verbal fight with the deceased D.M.
The accused hit the deceased with fists and hard tools on the head, and as a result of the shocks and injuries, the deceased falls into a coma. The late man, after the medical treatment and the KKUK stay in Pristina, dies on the 2904.2018. With these actions there is good-based suspicion that defendants A.S., and the F.M., have committed criminal work “Serious bodyisation”, the prosecutor's communiqué says.
The prosecutor of the case in the case of setting up the indictment has proposed to the court that the accused be found guilty and be punished according to the law for criminal acts being charged.
