This study, published in European Hart Journal, shows that spending these hours is linked to a risk of disease and death.
Based on data from 21 countries from 7 continents, those who have exceeded recommended hours of sleep have increased to 41% the possibility of facing cardiovascular problems and even earlier deaths.
The team, led by Chuangshi Wang, Ph.D. Students at McMister and Beijing Union Medical College in China also identified an increasing risk to sleep during the day,
Sleep during the day is being seen as compensation because people are considering sleep poor at night because of dynamic life.
