Culture Ministry takes a step to tell the world that the laha is ours

The Ministry of Culture, Restart and Sports in line with its legal mandate and other acts regulating the area of cultural heritage are consistently dedicated to preserving and protecting cultural heritage in the entire territory of the Republic of Kosovo.

The ministry, along with that and in line with strategic goals, costs a particular importance to promoting cultural heritage.

According to the MKRS, in the continuation of efforts to complete inventory, research, research and interpretation in the field of cultural heritage with the particular emphasis of non- material heritage and promotion, however, has supported the work of the Intergovernmental Commission for the Age of Kreshniks, with a special emphasis on the work of the documentary film on the Age of Kresnics.

The “File for the Age of Cresnics has been worked in line with international criteria and based on provisions of the Convention for Preservation of Cultural Heritage No Materials, whereas it was drafted by the group of Kosovo and Albania's entity specialists, Prof. Dr. Zymer Neziri, Prof. Dr. Shaban Sinani and Vaso Tola academics. The documentary film has been worked by director Orhan Krezi in collaboration with the above-mentioned specialists. Within the framework of the Wells' documentary film and the focus source folklore is the Laha musical instrument, representing the oldest arched arc of European continent instruments and accompanying songs. The MKRS says that because of the circumstances of that period, the preamble for the Frechnic Age in U. NESTO has not happened, as has Kosovo's membership initially been aspiring to further follow regular procedures.

In this relationship, The MKRS has also granted legal status for the Age of Cresnices under the Cultural Heritage List under the V category Spiritual Heritage.
