When we discuss supermarket foods or packages of Chinese foods, especially ready pasta (Gahen), we always think about carbs or the fact that they are not good for our health.

This can cause temporary increase in your weight, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and tired. But while you may feel overwhelmed, your chances are that you don't feel satisfied because these packaged foods contain no protein or fiber, basically contain empty calories.
