“Dear brothers and sisters. I didn't expect to speak today but I have the pleasure of speaking to you, and today I want to make a vow to my father, to make a sworn oath to the young people that I am ready to leave the mandate to join the young people today for their war. I have not returned to Albania for a post, but for my brothers, for my daughter, to carry my father's dying wish.
So the square of democracy today is not here, it's at the Ministry of Education, and we have to go today to join the students.
I thank the December students, but today it's time for another democracy, to fight and make this country like the rest of Europe”.
