Ilir Deda and Mimoza Kusari Lila are just two of the deputies allegedly forged their signatures.
But the LDK also forged the signatures of some of its deputies.
Periscope reported earlier that the signing was also forged to MP Teuta Rugova.
It is alleged that it was the same with two other deputies, Vjosa Osmani and Dorothy Maloku, who are located in the United States.
For this, the LDK argued that their signatures were received a week ago.
This suggests that the LDK as a party, a week earlier, had predicted the news Hahn delivered yesterday -- that for Kosovars there will be no visas by 2020.
The counterfeiting of the LDK's signatures could cost more than the failure of today's session.
This is because counterfeiting signatures is a criminal offence, which could be fined and sentenced to prison, the basis of the Kosovo Criminal Code.
This check is made in Article 399 for “
It also mentions counterfeiting signatures.
At point 1.1 of this article is said to have been considered a criminal record for counterfeiting and to be fined or sentenced to jail for up to three (3) years, if such person “without authorization meets any letter, empty form, or any other form in which the other person's signature is placed and meets the declaration through which he creates judicial relations”.

This implies that MPs who forged signatures may have committed criminal acts for which they could be punished.
And the responsibility for this mostly falls to Avdullah Hoti, who was instigator of the signature collection, as well as the head of the LDK Parliamentary Group.
Thus, the extraordinary session called by the opposition has failed.
Despite that, Avdullah Hoti warned that after five minutes his party could collect even more than 40 signatures.
On the other hand, the Kosovo Parliament's regular session, which will soon be boycotted by the LDK's VV) opposition./ P ERISCOPIA
