Soldiers, deputy officers and KSF officers,
Today, on this historic day, I wish you the KSF's new military mandate.
The Kosovo Security Force, or further stated, our army has been created and held up to this day because of the contribution of your work and the contribution of your ancestors.
I am happy that, along with you, as KSF First Commander, I have contributed to Kosovo having a prepared KSF and that today this force will receive a new military mandate.
In this case, I also want to express my gratitude and gratitude for the many military, personalities, honored friends who helped us to get here. In particular, I would like to express gratitude for the support they gave to Kosovo, especially to NATO Commander General Clark, whom I have had the opportunity to meet, KFOR Commander Jackson, with whom we have been closely co-operating, and all the other KFOR commanders. I especially want to express my gratitude to the Commander of the National Guard of Iowa General Orr, with whom we have signed the Partnership Agreement between the KSF and the US National Guard, as well as all our friends who have helped us develop the KSF to where it is today.
I would like to highly appreciate the cooperation we have had as KFOR, in particular with the US, Great Britain, Germany and so on, without their support and support, we could not achieve this far, for which the people of Kosovo would be grateful forever.
The day when Kosovo is dealing with the KSF as a military force coincides with the 20th anniversary of the hero Muje Krasniqi's testimony fall and 40 fighters who fell on December 14th, 1998.
The rise of our military force on this day is a symbolic historically high.
So on this important day for our army, the people of Kosovo and all KSF soldiers and officers, I wish you this very important day.
Congratulations!
Sylejman Selimi, December 14, 2018
