Men who are easily angry or want to strike someone when they are angry, in even 30 percent of the cases have more chances of heart rate disorder that can lead to sudden death.
The same is true of members of the opposite sex who react uncontrolledly at the time of grief and have headaches or muscle strains.
The feeling of permanent haste and overloading with work is otherwise the reason for developing heart disease, while showing emotions is not always healthy, says Dr. Elaine Ecker of Boston University, in which she conducted ten-year research of 1,769 males at the average age of 48 at the beginning of the study.
