American official: Historical opportunity for Kosovo, Serbia to normalise relations

In the Atlantic Council, the United States of America believes that Pristina and Belgrade have a historic opportunity for normalising relations, which they say will allow both sides to move forward.

So said the vice president of this organization, Damon Wilson, in an interview for the Voice of America.
