70m euros for veterans' pensions for 11 months

Procrastination of procedures with the establishment of charges for fraudulent veterans is consigning thousands of other citizens to benefit by profitability on behalf of the state. Less than 70m euros have been spent between January and November of this year to pay pensions of 38 thousand and 263 veterans.

The newspaper “Voice” has provided detailed data for the number of beneficiaries of this pension from January to November, along with the amount spent from the budget for this category. Referring to these statistics, in January of this year's pension list there were 36 thousand and 794 veterans who spent 6 million and 297 thousand and 760 euros in February, 36 thousand and 989 veterans, while the amount of payments is reflected at 6 million and 261 thousand and 755 euros.

The number of veterans has marked increases even during March, where 37 thousand and 44 veterans, whose payments have cost the state budget 6m and 234 thousand and 954 euros. The same growth took place during April, with 37 thousand and 395 veterans, who received them from the budget no less than 6m and 344 thousand and 129 euros.
