In France, about 43,000 people were left without jobs due to protests from the <x0-line yellow chimneys” that started on November 17th.
According to the economy ministry, many companies have suffered major material damage due to ongoing protests.
The damage caused to the state is estimated to be around 28m euros. During the protest, 10 people died and about 1,000 were already injured, about 4,340 people were arrested.
Antigovernmental protests from <x0-Layers have mostly affected the decline in economic growth rate, as well as the lack of business security. The “maybe yellow” movement bears the name according to security jackets, which should possess all drivers in France.
Protests began in mid-November and were prompted by an increase in the fuel fee.
