It is no new news that constant exercise is a good way to live a long life, but it is seen in this way that the desire to run out and extend the sense of life itself comes quickly.

But not only figuratively.

This data was scientifically discovered by a study by a group of German scientists from the University of Saarland, and only recently presented itself at the European Society of Cardiology Congress. As Fathers broadcast, researchers have also found that moderate physical activity can reduce the risk of dying from a heart attack for people aged 50-60.

This deadly disease is the largest killer in Great Britain, according to Independent, causing death every 7 seconds. But not alone! Cardiac attack is a major cause of global death. So if physical activity has long been viewed as a good method of reducing risks because of lowering obesity and diabetes, it seems to be responsible for a long, healthy life.

Research has tested a group of 69 healthy people, not smokers, aged 30 to 60, who have not had a regular physical activity regime all their life. Tests of blood compared after the launch of six months of regular physical regime have shown an activism of an anti-aging process and improved aging DNA.

Praising it also as a very good antidepression, experts caution that we should all take at least 25 minutes walking or running a day, turning it into a very healthy life - style and diet.

Physical activity also improves brain function. It can be started at any age, experts advise, ensuring that there will surely be many benefits. /Telegraphy/
