While we're training at the gym, the last thing we can think of is to train our feet, despite the fact that each leg has more than 100 muscles and tendons, and plus that it holds our whole weight about 16 hours a day.
In fact, scientists think we have some fundamental muscles that are on our feet like those we have in our abdomin and it's very important to keep them tonified. The exercise of these leg muscles leads to a more just and straighter silhouette. Strong legs mean a better attitude that will help to tone your feet, butts and abdomens because you can perform physical activity more effectively.
Since most of us are too busy burning cardio calories or are too busy to form muscle muscles that they do not even notice their legs. We get up in the morning and we just expect our feet to do their daily work, but in fact our feet are much more complex than that in the way they are built and therefore it's very important that they also exercise not just our biceps even is far more important since they never stop.
