Kosovo municipalities for the same services that citizens offer to citizens apply different tariffs. But these are not the only fees paid differently, such are there for other services citizens perform in the municipalities where they come from
The National Audition Office (ZKA) in the performance auditing report for municipal level income management has calculated that the same services offered to citizens in municipalities are used by various tariffs. While for a link to the accession outside the Pristina municipality object the citizen has to pay 100 euros, the same service in the Lipjan municipality costs 80 euros, in addition to capital 100 euros, while in the Mitrovica municipality the price is lower by 25 euros and in Gjilan 50 euros, Zeri writes.
Referring to the audience's findings, changing the personal name in Pristina costs 10 euros, correcting the personal name 2 euros, releasing the 1 euro surplus, and the citizenship certificate 2 euros. Unlike the municipality of Pristina, in the Lipjan municipality for changing its personal name is paid 10 euros, correction of the personal name 3 euros, issuing an additional 1 euro and releasing the act of death 3 euros.
