Parents who wait at least three years to put their child in a bigger bed than babies will have greater benefits for their children and themselves.
In a study of parents and stewards in five different countries, those who delayed passage from babybeds to larger beds were more likely to prevent children from sleeping on time, to wake up less at night, and the children's sleep was longer.
“Hulum over the last decade has shown how important healthy sleep is throughout life expectancy, but especially during childhood”- said study author Ariel Williams.
