A new study conducted by ʹTrueBe) has analysed over 1,000 people and found that 80% of the participants feel more attractive to their partner as a result of regular exercise, broadcast Telegragraphy.
And there is still good news when it comes to exercise and sex: a study conducted by the University of California has found that after a moderate regime of four-time-week aerobic exercise, men have up to 30% more sex.
Better yet, those who had regularly trained had increased the time of the sexual act by 15%.
In addition, research published in ʹEletronic Journal of Human Security have found that 80% of men and 60% of women exercising three times a week have praised their sexual appeal as “above average”.
Otherwise, like cherry on the cake, you burn five calories per minute during sex, which means you enjoy it and lose weight.
