Science says there are many incredible health benefits. Sexual relations can alleviate stress, improve sleep, reduce blood pressure, increase your immunity, and of course you feel more connected to your mate. Now, studies show us that the good news is not just this: Having sex at least once a week can help you to live longer.
For a week researchers at the University of California in San Francisco traced the sex life of a group of 129 mothers in a relationship. Participants gave daily reports of their satisfaction, as well as how often they had relations with their partners. Researchers also took blood samples from women, analyzing cells for aging indicators. When they compared women's reports to their blood samples, they found something interesting. Mothers who had sex with their partners at least once during the week had (Talomere- who is Adn's protector) that lasted longer than those who had less relations. Sex also affects your relationship's happiness.
Although there is no magical formula for the sexual happiness of couples, a 2017 study published in the Sexal Conduct Archives shows that an ideal of the amount of sex a couple must have yet to have.
