They had gone out to get wood in the mountains, but they had failed to return to their homes for several days. The two Osmani brothers, from the village of Domnica E Top of Podujevo, were kidnapped by the Serbian gendarmerie within Kosovo's territory, with the reasoning that they had drawn very close to the border.
From there they were sent to the gendarmerie station in Kursumli, and they were not released for 12 days.
In exchange for their release, the gendarmerie required 3,000 euros from family members.
Bislimi's routine, both of which were taken on the part of the Serbian gendarmerie in the spring of this year. Their brother, Raif, has explained the Express about how the whole story happened.
We have our oven for food. The brother has gone to the mountain, this way to Kosovo territory with wood. For the whole event, he says that the Kosovo Police had also announced it at the time. On the other hand, the Ruzhdi of the latter shows that they have not received needed help.

This case has not been the only one when Serbian gendarmerie has kidnapped Kosovo citizens in that area. Some years ago, seven other villagers, whose release was made only after the required money from the Serbian gendarmerie was given.
This is not the first time our residents have taken it. Even a few years earlier, the gendarmerie had taken seven people.
And in the area, which is located about 1km of airlines at the border with Serbia, there are about 20 houses inhabited by Albanians, from there residents show they are afraid of the presence of the gendarmerie.
Many of the residents of Upper Dumnica even say many lands have been left unworked, bordering Serbia. They say they're not working because of uncertainty.
