As he says, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Bosnia have a signed agreement, but also the signing of Albania and Kosovo is needed.
We have an agreement between four states, but when it comes to the Western Balkans, we also mean Albania and Kosovo. I don't know whether this agreement will be made only among four states, or the agreement will also be expected among the entire Balkans”, he said.
We remember that Kosovo's Assembly had earlier ratified the relationship to remove the Romang with Albania.
