Liverpool and England striker has until Tuesday, November 20th to respond to accusations of breaking sports rules after being caught playing bets
Liverpool and England striker Daniel Sturridge has been accused of breaking the betting rules of England's Football Federation.
The charge is linked to two separate acts, which were held during January 2018, even though those matches he allegedly have not yet been officially confirmed.
Storm is accused of breaking rules that stop players from playing bets at any game you're coming in.
The English football governing body also said that the 29-year-old could also be accused of breaking the rules because he didn't provide information used in betting cases.
He has until Tuesday 20 November to respond to these charges.
Although Sturridge was under contract with Liverpool at this time, he had joined West Bromwich Albion in borrowing throughout the 2017-18 season from January 29th onward.
He spent most of the season out of the field, making only 20 presentations in all races before he returns to full physical condition.
The sentence that Storm may face if convicted is still in the mist until the FA announces full of what rules have been broken.
However, the FA has good guidelines structured for all players, managers and sports officials when it comes to betting.
In April 2017, former England player Joey Barton was sentenced to 18 months of suspension after putting 1260 bets in a 10-year period.
But the sentence was reduced to five months after he filed complaints, but until his sentence was passed he became the team manager of the League One, Fleetwood Town, where he is not noted for a successful career.
Months ago, on the day of Pristina's match under Europe League, Periscop journalists had caught him at a capital raid and Pristina coach Mirel Josa.
