LDK MP Vjosa Osmani has counted agreements Serbia has not implemented so far, while hoping that Hashim Thaci has mentioned at least.
Osmani has written on Facebook that Vuciki last night before the media insisted that the tézi be mentioned even a single obligation of the Brussels accords Serbia has not implemented.
She has added that, “I hope that the Kosovar side (our president as the self-declared chief negotiator) has even mentioned some of the following violations of the obligations stemming from these” agreements.
The following can be read, without interference, for failing to implement agreements from Serbia, which Osmani has mentioned:
1. Failure to implement v.2013 Parations Agreement (The Implementation Plan), which requires both parties to adopt amnesty laws. So far, only Kosovo has approved.
2. The violation of the obligation to break up illegal parallel structures, as required in the v.2013 agreement.
3. The violation of obligations from the v.2013 agreement dealing with holding elections, prompting attacks on Serbian parties that were not considered loyal to the government of Serbia; the continuing violation of the agreement's 14th clause, etc.
4. Failure to keep the energy deal, allowing no progress in implementing parts of this agreement and the COST- ENTSO-E.
5. Failure to comply with the Free Movement Agreement, through the stops Serbia has made many Kosovo officials and citizens of all profiles enter Serbia; rejection of documents issued by Kosovo, etc.
6. Failure to comply with the justice agreement, through placing seals in the original documents of Kosovo courts and other bodies with the inscription “Republic of Serbia (Kosovo and Metohija) under UN administration and Resolution 1244. ”
7. The failure to comply with the civil protection agreement, prompting these members of the BiH union not to exercise their positions in accordance with Kosovo's laws and not to report to Kosovo institutions.
8. Failure to comply with the Agreement for Interconnective Offices by not allowing the expansion of liaison office staff as agreed on.
9. The violation of the customs agreement, where Serbia still uses parallel customs seals, hinders the construction of joint border crossing points under agreements, etc.
10. The violation of the cadastra agreement, where there is no progress in Serbia's obligations.
11. The violation of the diploma agreement, where there is no progress.
Twelve. The violation of the Ibër Bridge agreement, promoting structures in the north not to co-operate, and encouraging illegal structures to continue with illegal activities;
13. The violation of the regional representation agreement, trying to block Kosovo's participation and misinterpreting the accord to introduce it to any regional or European Union organisation, be it parliamentary or other level meetings;
The list goes on...
With all these violations, and many more, Vucic continues to do what they did best since Milosevic's time, the PROPAGANDA.
