When Rahime Sulja from Leicester visited Kosovo in the summer, she received a message “Welcome to Slovenia” and who could use the same plan as in her country, under the EU's non-roaring agreements.
But when she returned to Britain, as Top Channel teaches, she saw that the bill was 2751 pounds (about 3100 euros) on one phone and 663 pounds (about 760 euros) in the other.
Fortunately, the phone company corrected the mistake and Sulja didn't pay the bill.
She also found that, even for previous visits, she was overarched, but because she had gone to Albania, where she knew there were Rwaming fees, she did not understand that she was taxed and for Kosovo.
