This, as each day is weighed, helps to maintain the goals of weight for all who want to lose weight.
That's what an American study presented during American Heart Associations Scientific Sessions 2018 has revealed.
Researchers at University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing and California University in San Francisco studied 1042 adults, among them 78% men aged 47-year-old.
They analyzed their weight, in the moments they weighed in their house normally without orientation, and the moment they were asked to weigh each day.
It was noted that those who were rarely weighed did not lose weight. Meanwhile, those who scaled the scales each day proved to have lost considerable weight during the 12 months they were held in the study, writes Noa.al.
This, according to researchers, confronting each day with weight helps to lose more weight and achieve the determined goal of the body lines. /Javanews/
