They have less chance of being given positions of power or of having authority -- causing them to become disappointed with disappointment, according to new research.
Beyond mental fatigue, labor explosion can lead to physical effects such as insomnia and headaches, and prolonged stress raises their risks to heart disease.
The job fatigue issue has been debated for years, but gender has remained a blind spot.
Now a new study by Montreal University has found a dramatic change in what the problem is with men and women.
