Prosecutor Hajdari demands the expulsion of the judge, who refused to read the indictment for “Pronton”

To this request by prosecutor Hajdari has come days after the first session held by the Pristina Foundation Court was not read the indictment in this case, even though prosecutor Drita Hajdari requested it.
The judge, Shashivar Hoti, approved the defense's proposal that the indictment be considered read and not read by prosecutor Hajdari, despite his first review of the case, several months after the indictment was filed.
Paragraph 3 of Article 246 of the Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code, in which the sequence of procedural actions in initial consideration is determined that the indictment is read to the parties.
The state prosecutor then reads the indictment to the defendant”, said in the provision of Article 246 of the Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code.
This provision, in addition to granting the accused side the right to report with the prosecution's claims against him, also allows the principle of promoting the Criminal Procedure, enabling the public to learn what the accused and each case are accused of.
Special prosecutor Drita Hajdari in her request suggested that by this act, the judge of this case has not been objective and impartial, given the prosecutor's request to read the indictment, and also ignoring the legal provisions that determine it.
Last Thursday, Adem Grabovci and all the accused of the case, pronto '%s', have claimed they do not feel guilty about the prosecution's claims.
In this criminal case, eleven people with top official positions are charged: former US Vice President Ademi Grabovci, current minister Besim Beqaj, current deputy Zenun Pajaziti, two former secretary general, Ilham Gashi and Xhavit Dajaj, former Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Shurdaj, political adviser to MPB Sadat Gashi, former director of the public company's board “Randoniqi-Dukani <X1> in Gjakova Isaj, former director of the public company <2Hdrot> at Abzhsi>, former Prime Minister of the former Parliament and Minister for Defence Equikafia in Pajni, Apojazijani, former Minister for the former Parliament.
According to the Special Prosecutor, the accused are charged with carrying out the criminal act -- the violation of equal status of the citizens and residents of the Republic of Kosovo in co-ordination -- by Article 193 paragraph 4 concerning KPRK paragraph 1 -- regarding Article 31 of which some of the works have remained on the attempt.
The criminal issue of employment and division of office, based on party affiliation and personal reports, has been addressed for a long time, the problem of Kosovo's citizens, law enforcement agencies, as well as the media and civil society.
Otherwise, this case was published by the media, revealing employment actions and methods within tight interest groups, under which the prosecution's investigation, which resulted in the establishment of the indictment, is said in the Special Prosecutor's Community.
