The opposition, but neither the ruling parties have indicated whether there will be a rotating consensus effort, following the failure to vote on the resolution proposed by the LDK last week, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
Ministers of the Parliament's work have called turning back the party's unwillingness to overcome differences.
“Wanting the adoption of the resolution on red lines for the border issue has certainly been a step back in trying parliamentary groups to reach consensus regarding dialogue with Serbia. The regid positions of both sides, the ruling and opposition subjects influenced such a resolution not to be adopted”, Artan Murati of the Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI) said.
