A new study by the University of South Australia has revealed something perhaps not very surprising for most people.
Working overtime, responding to e - mail or messages from colleagues can affect sleep during the night, access to relaxation, and energy levels for the next day.
The study comes after the survey of 230 employees over two years. Their answers showed that carrying out activities related to overtime brings stress, bad sleep, and emotional problems.
Meanwhile, the best solution to a comfortable sleep is cooking, spending time with the family, and performing certain household chores.
