That's what an American Harvard University study says, according to which using these two products reduces the risk of death by 24-26%.
During the study, the effects of olive oil and other animal fats, such as avocados, were analyzed by 93 thousand people between 1990 and 2012.
All in attendance were observed every four years, along with their diet, after being divided into two groups, those who consumed red meat, eggs, fish, milk, and those who consumed olive oil, avocados, dried shell fruit, sumam oil, and peanut butter.
Researchers found that those who consumed nonliving fats were more protected from death to 24-26% and that their bodies were much cleaner, in relation to those who consumed other foods. /Javanew/
