Metabolism or exchange of subjects is the combination of biochemical reactions, which is the basic process of a normal life.
This process allows a cell to grow and reproduce, preserve its construction, and respond to its environment, the Kosovo Clan reports.
The metabolism process is divided into two parts: anabolicism and catabolism.
Anabolism is the process that produces complicated molecules from the simplest, while catabolism carries out the decay of molecules in the simplest.
In these two processes energy is necessary and this is taken from food, but if a person eats more than his body needs, then it comes to the weight increase.
And metabolism is the basic process of balance of weight, this process is influenced by various factors such as age, weight, sex life, diets, and, of course, physical activity.
