Average age for menopause

Menopause always occurs after age 50. Average age for women for the start of menopausis is 51 years old. Most women experience early menopause, which occurs at 45-55 and they must be aware that early menopause can occur anytime after 40s. Women should be visited at the beginning of menopaus to get medical help because the lack of ensterogenes can lead to more serious conditions like osteoporosis.

Menopause symptoms.

Females should be aware that menopause has different symptoms. Most women feel hot flashes and sweat at night, may have poor immunity, vaginal dryers, and headaches. Symptoms vary according to mood change. Many women even experience anxiety and depression.

Loss of Sexual Desire

You lose the desire for sex because you lose your hormone number. Many females experience loss of sexual desire during menopausis, resulting in a lack of sexual hormones. According to studies, though, the lack of sex is also due to vaginal drought.

Stopping Periods and Styropauses

At the beginning of menopaus some females may be able to draw periods gradually until they no longer arrive, while for others it is more painful because the period does not come, and that is called the period of the phinopausis.

Menopause lasts several years

For some females, periods stop immediately without any symptoms, while the average length of menopausis may be up to four years. Menopause has ended when the female has not reached her period for 12 months.
