Menopause is the period marking the end of menstruation. It can be treated in various ways, but the most common are HRT (compensive hormone therapy). HRT is not safe. According to some studies, this therapy helps in the period of menopause, but it can cause breast cancer afterward. This is one reason many women are not undergoing this therapy.
Average age for menopause
Menopause always occurs after age 50. Average age for women for the start of menopausis is 51 years old. Most women experience early menopause, which occurs at 45-55 and they must be aware that early menopause can occur anytime after 40s. Women should be visited at the beginning of menopaus to get medical help because the lack of ensterogenes can lead to more serious conditions like osteoporosis.

Females should be aware that menopause has different symptoms. Most women feel hot flashes and sweat at night, may have poor immunity, vaginal dryers, and headaches. Symptoms vary according to mood change. Many women even experience anxiety and depression.
