We all got something together, and a new study made us feel a little bit of <x0-guilty”. The discovery showed that the way that <x2... we expose ourselves to” before problems... prevents us from accomplishing our goal.
Self - deception is the problem of people who do not see themselves objectively. They do not know their power, nor do their weaknesses.
Be aware of your mistakes, do not focus on them, but learn and move on. Accept that you have erred and accept responsibility.
The worst thing is the presence of the effect known as “Dunning Kruger”, when someone who is less and less competent realizes it is. The good thing is, you can improve your situation.
You can do anything, but you gotta follow some strategies. One of them is meditating on your problem.
