The National Court's ruling in Prizren, which has assigned Hysri Pekjan, known as Buddushi, a month of detention, will be rejected by the defence side.
Asdren Hoxha, Hysri Peqan's lawyer, has indicated that tomorrow he will file a complaint in Prizren, through which he will request that the detention measure be lifted against his client.
I've made the complaint today while I'm handing it over to Prizren tomorrow, as it's Sunday and I can't deliver it. With this I request that this decision be annulled and the one released from custody because actual criminal acts for what the detention has been appointed are not assigned to this item”, the lawyer said.
According to Hoxha, the act is unfounded.
“are very small-weight criminal acts, and much more than there has been no evidence of criminal acts for what the procedure has become. We consider that the act is unfounded, it is made of violations and we have strongly punished”, he told KALLXO.com.
Hysri Peqani was arrested two days ago under suspicion of committing four criminal acts.
