Serbian List Chairman Goran Rakic, formerly head of the Northern Mitrovica municipality, through a media report, has announced that “Lux locali” and other social assets within the jurisdiction of Serbian municipalities have been banned.
All the assets of companies located in these municipalities are reportedly transferred to the competence of municipalities, writes Koha Ditore.
Rakiq has been referring to the decisions of the Government of Kosovo, which the previous day has approved proposals of the Ministry of Management and Local Powers to approve the demands of northern Mitrovica municipalities, Ranillug and Klookoti to withdraw from the privatisation process and return to the municipality of real objects and properties in order to realise public interest projects.
