According to the National Sleep Foundation, your body repairs itself by releasing growth hormones during sleep. These hormones stimulate muscle and protein synthesis as well as a process of breaking fat called lipolosis. Studies show that just taking four or five hours of sleep one night can lead to obesity at a long time.

The solution?

Ideally, you should sleep seven to nine hours a night to keep your body in good condition and burn your fat. The National Sleep Foundation generally recommends that adults sleep for seven to nine hours each night so that they can wake the deer for the day ahead. /Living/
