The match started with a fantastic choreography of Milan fans Curva Sud, which was in honour of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of red ultrasound.
The first goal at the meeting came from Mario Mandzukic in the eighth minute after assistance from Alex Sandro.
The Croatian striker had another chance in the 11th minute, but failed to catch the ball with his head.
In the 41st minute Milan had the chance to even the score, but Gonzalo Higuiin failed to score from the white dot.
Paulo Dybala in the 57th minute was about to score from the cheap shooting, but the ball ended near the right pole and not in the net.
In the 81st minute, the peace goal was scored by Cristiano Ronaldo, who did not go too far.
In the 84th minute, Higuan was expelled from the red card, and so did hopes for a point from this match for the Reds.
Following this victory, Juventus continues in his first position with 34 points (out of more than Naples), while Milan ranks fifth with 21 points.
