As you grow older, your face begins to create wrinkles that can lead you to show your years easily. A 73-year-old woman claims she has already found an effective solution to combat the problem.

73-year-old Eva Fraser tells you how to practice to have a perfect skin and certainly look 15 years younger.

Are you ready? Here's what you do:

You have to practice four times a day. At first, you may receive five minutes, but after a while, when you are better prepared, you will need two minutes a day. These minutes every day will make radical changes in your face.

My neck exercises:

It's good to start with your workout. Take a deep breath to keep your jaw relaxed, then turn your head from side to side, looking over your shoulders. Do not strain your muscles and repeat this exercise three times. Try to make soft moves.

Put your left ear on the left shoulder and count to five, then to the right.

Repeat your exercise five times.

Training for the eyes:

Don't move your head, just your eyes and count to five. Keep your head straight and look right. Count to five. Repeat this exercise on the left side.

Other training with facial muscles:

Keep your eyebrows up in five seconds. Raise your eyebrows and keep your eyes open at the same time. Lips in the form of the letter “O.” Then make a broad smile. Repeat this process several times. Sit down and look up as high as you can.

Slip your lips and keep your tongue out to practice your neck muscles.

Move your nose from side to side.

Five minutes at the gym can't be worth much, but five minutes of practice on your face makes a big difference.

The changes will be evident in less than a month.
