According to a recent study conducted by the University of Cleverland, physical activity has resulted in a close relationship with longevity.
To reach that conclusion, researchers have considered the cases of 122,000 individuals after their death, carefully analyzing life's quality.
The results showed that people who had lived a sedentary life were more likely to be affected by deadly diseases compared with those who had been smokers.
