A wealth of dark nights, bad weather, and financial problems for holiday holidays are among the main causes of this unhappy day for parents.

But even waiting for pay and staying at home to save money for the festive season allows many parents to feel more isolated than during each other.

About 45% of mothers surveyed during a study have reported that November 27 is the most difficult day on the calendar for them, as it is immediately before the salary you will spend on holiday season.

Psychologist Emma Kenny said that it's common to feel less moody during this phase of the year, but, as she says, loneliness and bad feelings can be put away only by connecting with other people and using opportunities to create new friends.
